Join us for a Healing Summit for the Next Generation of BIPOC Professionals in Philanthropy!
Philanthropy can be a challenging space for emerging leaders of color given the lack of diversity and often the lack of clear career advancement opportunities. While shifting towards more equitable and reparative philanthropic practices is the work that we all must lead, leaders of color often bear the burden of leading equity-focused efforts in philanthropic organizations.
In hopes of elevating and sustaining the next generation of BIPOC philanthropic professionals, we are hosting a special Healing Summit for emerging leaders in the field. This Summit is tailored specifically for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in grantmaking organizations. This is a unique opportunity to build community and network with other BIPOC professionals, while also engaging in the collective healing work required for racial healing.
Together, we hope to cultivate a transformative experience as we work together to build a more sustainable and equitable future for philanthropy!
