CA Truth + Healing Fund Grantee Spotlight
In 2022, DWP launched the CA Truth and Healing Fund to support California Native American communities, tribes, and organizations to engage with the state of CA’s historic Truth and Healing Council. DWP was able to move $500,000 to support this work in 2022, including funds from the Liberated Capital community, and we continue to support these efforts in 2023.
We hope you can join this event on Thursday, March 23rd to learn more about the Truth and Healing Council process, meet some of our program grantees, and hear the stories that are emerging from tribes and communities in this important work.
