We have become separate from each other and the natural world: Our social systems are under extraordinary stress and our planet is facing great peril. It is a time that calls for new thinking and an expanded perspective with deep connection to Spirit.
This weekend conference, sponsored by the Omega Center for Sustainable Living (OCSL), is an opportunity to enter into deep listening and community with Indigenous leaders and activists—who speak from rooted traditions and an authentic and inherent bond with the land—to gain insight into how we might approach necessary change.
We invite you to immerse yourself in the broad, interconnected perspective of wisdom traditions, and explore your relationship with the Earth and your communities. Together we:
- Learn from Indigienous activists working to preserve life and build a better future
- Actively practice decolonization within ourselves
- Learn skills to increase our resilience and follow the signposts without becoming overwhelmed
- Celebrate a unique concert experience infusing modern world music with Indigenous themes
This gathering is open to anyone interested in investigating core principles for thriving on the Earth during this time of transition.
Emerge with new skills and a roadmap for adaptation, resilience, and hope.
