South Sound Philanthropy Summit

How do we harness this pivotal time? How do we best support our nonprofit organizations in their missions, while feeding our own souls, in what has been a continuous struggle for funding and equity? The 2021 South Sound Philanthropy Summit will continue the discussions from 2020 with national experts in social justice, a South Sound panel, and a workshop-style session. The attendees will come away inspired, grounded in local context, and with tactical methods to tackle creating or building upon a planned giving program.

Be inspired by nationally best-selling author of “Decolonizing Wealth”, and a globally recognized expert on social justice philanthropy, Edgar Villanueva. Edgar will be joined by C’Ardiss “CC” Gardner Gleser. CC also recognized nationally for her work with nonprofits focused on equity and is now based locally in Seattle.
