UK Black History Month – A conversation with Edgar Villanueva and Derek Bardowell
Join Edgar Villanueva, Decolonizing Wealth Project’s founder/principal, author, activist and expert on issues of race, wealth and philanthropy, in conversation with Derek Bardowell. Derek is the CEO of Ten Years’ Time, an organisation that helps ambitious donors and foundations to repair harm and rebalance power by resourcing racial and economic justice with care and confidence.
Derek is also a best-selling author and journalist. His book, Giving Back, was released this summer and has quickly become a favorite in the sector.
These dynamic authors and leaders in philanthropy will explore racial justice movements & philanthropy’s role in redistributing wealth.
